API key TTLs

API keys have a fixed lifetime set when they are created. There is no non-expiring key.

Default TTL	90 days
Maximum TTL	365 days

Rotate before expiry by creating a new key with the same scopes and revoking the old one. See API keys for how to create and revoke keys.
